Check out Tights and Fights: Ashes, the Internet's Transmedia Superhero Comedy Series.

The idea behind this is to teach simple phrases in other languages through a series of short, 30 second, cartoons. This one; “AP NAM” means “Take a bath” in Lao. The languages would be easily interchangeable since the cartoons are silent. The only language to appear is in the title sequences.
